    Bom dia,


    Estou tendo problemas na hora de gerar um documento assinavel e colocar campos para preenchimento.

    Após incluir um campo, no proximo campo a ser incluido a tela muda todas vez que for adicionar algum campo no documento, qualquer tipo de campo a tela aparece ERRO e tenho de voltar a ação, sendo assim quase impossibel de montar algum documento assinavel, para fazer tenho de persistir em qualquer campo e voltar tudo novamente para assim aplicar o campo desejado.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I just tried creating a new sign document on my end and was able to create and add the additional fields in to without any issue. Check out the below screencast :

    I have cleared your account cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? I would also suggest you to logout from your account, clear your browsing cache and cookies and then log back in and try creating a new sign document. 

    If the same thing happens again, please share the PDF file which you are using to create a sign document, so we can try creating on our end as well to replicate the issue.It would also be great if you record a short video of your issue and send it to us.

    It would help us to understand what exactly is happening on your end. You can share the video recording and PDF file on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox. You can simply use loom to record the video and share the video link with us. We'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    boa tarde,

    voce esta tentando de um documento ja feito, de um modelo. agora crie um documentoassinavel que esta pdf e vai colocando campo por campo. o erro permanece.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've created new document by uploading a PDF. I was able to add fields to it with no error. I guess the issue is more related to your local browser. This is common if the saved cache and site data in your browser are interfering with your form/document.

    Try to log out from your Jotform account and then clear the browser cache and Site data. You must be logged out from your account to make sure that any saved cache related to Jotform will be eliminated. After that, log back in and then try again. Below are guides on how to clear browser cache for some common browsers:
