Solicitação de estorno de cobrança mensal

Utilizo os serviços do Jotform a anos, infelizmente mais uma vez me esqueci de cancelar os serviços por temporada, e acabou de faturar no cartão, esse mês não terei demanda, gostaria de solicitar o estorno da cobrança caso seja possivel
