    Vocês prejudicaram nossas atividades simplesmente excluindo todos os formulários.

    Ao menos poderiam ter avisado que os formulários seriam excluídos.

    Não indico em hipótese alguma. Além do serviço ser extremamente oneroso para quem mora em outro país.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know so we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked the account on this thread, it seems that it is a newly created account, and no forms have been created yet. If you are referring to another account, can you share the username or email address so we can investigate further what was happening?

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
