Invite Email: Sending Invitation not Working

    Hello,

    I'm trying to send invitation emails to my contacts to try Jotform. However, when clicking "Send Invitation" nothing happens.

    Note: A few days ago I sent a test email to see what the invitation was like, and it worked perfectly.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see several forms under your account, can you share the link to your form where you are having an issue with so I can check it out and see what's going on?

    In the meantime, I have cleared your form to refresh your forms and see if that helps your issue resolved. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    No, you didn't understand me. I have no problems with any form, they are working very well, in fact, they have always worked. The problem is on this page, "Increase your sending limit permanently!" at the link below. https://www.jotform.com/pt/myaccount/increase-limits

    In the first option, "10 Responses/month Invite your friends". As I mentioned previously after entering the emails, when clicking on "Send invitation" nothing happens, that is, the invitation is not sent.

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. For us to further look into this, can you provide us a screenshot of what happens when you try to send the invite? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum. If there's any error, kindly include it in the screenshot as well.

    Also, can you share with me the email addresses where you have attempted to send the invites to but failed?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Today, when I entered the emails to provide a screenshot, as requested, and when I clicked "Send invitation", they were sent without any problems. If the problem repeats itself in the next shipments, I will contact this support again.

    Sending E-mails again presented problems when clicking on "Send". As you requested, I am sending a screenshot of when I try to send an invite.

    Today I tried to send the email below. radiojocafm@gmail.com.

    In this screenshot, I had already clicked "Send".

    Thanks for getting back to us and providing more details about the issue. When you try to send the invite, does the submit button freeze and nothing happens? Can you try using another browser and see if it will make any difference?

    Perhaps there was a short-term issue that resolved itself. Please give it another try and let us know how it goes. If the problem persists, we will investigate it further to see if we can figure out what is going on. I cleared your form caches to see if that would help.

    Please try to do the troubleshooting below and see if the issue persists:

    • Log out and log back into your account.
    • Use Incognito/Private mode.
    • Please clear your web browser's cache.
    • Use a different web browser.
    • Restart your device
    • Please also try to log in to another device.
