Como solicitar desbloqueio para clonar um formulario

Como faço para solicitar a outro usuario o desbloqueio de um URL para que eu clonar o formulario dele?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you're not able to clone a form because the form's owner has enabled our Prevent Cloning feature, correct? If so, I'm afraid that unless you know the form owner and request permission directly, there's no other way to clone it as we can’t provide another Jotform user’s personal information.
