Submission count issue: Monthly limits didn't reset

    Boa tarde, tudo bem?

    O limite de envios mensais de 2500 formularios foi atingido, mas hoje é de 01 de um novo mes, deveria ter zerado esse limite.

    Minha operação esta parada por causa disso, preciso de um suporte URGENTE!

    Just once more thing, I saw there more than 1300 forms on this period, but today is the first day of the month... Can you explain when the period start?

    Hi Victor,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Regarding your remark on seeing more than 1300 forms at this period, I believe you meant seeing more than 1300 submissions at this point. Regarding the submission count issue, we recently had an update that the monthly limit will now reset based on the day you created the account, instead of the beginning of the month. In your case, it'll reset every 11th of the month. By February 11th, 2024, all the monthly limits including the monthly submission limit will reset.

    But today is feb 20, and the system is full again but I just received 768 leads utill feb 11, can u refresh my account again, please?
