Como faço para colocar Cifrão nesses campos "R$"?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and I see that you're using the TextArea Autosize widget. This widget doesn't allow you to add default values to the text area. As a workaround, you can use the Short Text basic element and set the Default Value to '$'. See the sample screenshot below:

Let me show you how to do it:

• Add a Short Text basic element.
• Click on the gear icon beside the element to open the Properties panel.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under the Default Value, input '$'.
• I see that your other fields are shrunk so you can also do it with this element by toggling on Shrink option.
