Optional Star Rating is Not Showing the Results in Tables

When I remove the mandatory response, it does not register the response given (3rd image).

When the answer is optional and the person chooses to answer, he does not record the answers.

All the responses on the form in the screenshot had answered the question and she did not record the answer.

Thanks for getting back to us. I was able to replicate the issue, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Although we can't provide an ETA on when the issue will be fixed. Rest assured that we’ll get back to you with an update as soon as we have one.
