Multi-Line Question: Condition to require a sub-field not working

    Bom dia. Coloquei uma condição no meu formulario, a mesma exige o preenchimento de um determinado campo, porem não esta validando. Como eu posso verificar essa minha dificuldade?

    Estou enviando os prints. Na primeira imagem é a condição que usei. Na segunda é o campo do formulário.
