Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. It appears that your account was on the Overlimit status due to exceeding the upload space limit.

However, when I manually recalculated the usage limits on your account, the upload space is now at 4.98 MB / 100 MB. Since everything is now within the usage limits, the account should now be active, and forms are also accessible. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
