Criei formulário, mas quando envio não tem um campo de enviar as infromações preenchidas.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. After checking the form, there was no submit button. Let me show you how to add it:

1. While in Form Builder, click +Add Form Elements on the left side of the page.
2. Under Basic elements, you will see the Submit button.
3. Click and drag it to the bottom of the form.
