Can't Receive Emails

    Boa noite,

    Desde ontem nossos formulários parou de enviar os E-mails de respostas dos preenchimentos do formulário, olhei as configurações e todas estão corretas, a plataforma esta com algum problema ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested one of your forms, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:

    Cant Receive Emails Image 1 Screenshot 40It seems that you are using change email recipient condition based on the base selection. So, I looked at all of the email recipients for each condition and found that no emails had been sent to them. Can you try specifying your own sender email or using one of Jotform's preset sender emails for all notification emails in the form? Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Pencil icon.

    • Next, go to the Advanced tab.
    • Scroll down to the bottom and select a Sender email.
    • Click Save to save the changes.
