Gostaria de colocar um teclado virtual em um formulario

Estou fazendo um formulario para um totem e gostaria de saber se teria alguma função para eu adicionar um teclado virtual no formulario ? Vou enviar uma imagem de como eu gostaria que ficasse.

Unfortunately, the only way to add a virtual keyboard is by using the Keypad Widget. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Build tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Widgets tab on the left side of the page.
3. Look for the Keypad Widget and drag it to your form.
