para outro usuário com todos os dados e informações. O outro usuário possui conta bronze, o motivo da transferência é para que possamos dar continuidade as inscrições

Please note that this will completely move the form to the new account with all submission data. Also, if you have used a custom URL for this form, the URL will still be enabled, but the username will be changed to the new username.
