Como reativar minha conta ?

Minha conta foi desativada do nada, sou secretaria da minha igreja e tambem presto serviço pra um banco por isso faço formularios pra pegar documentos e inserir em fixas de cadastro !

After more checking from our end, it looks like this is the form that you are referring to. It appears your account was suspended due to collecting login credentials. As mentioned in our Terms of Use, it is not allowed to collect login credentials using our forms.

For your account to be unsuspended, we'll need to delete the offending fields from your form. Would you allow us to delete the offending fields so we can reactivate your account?
