Mailchimp integration is not sending data after submission.

    Boa noite,

    Estou a tentar integrar (sem sucesso, obviamente lol) o meu mailchimp com uma automação integrada ao Jotform.

    A ideia é que as pessoas preencham o formulário Jotform e o Mailchimp receba os dados do Jotform, com a integração do utilizador na minha lista de e-mail marketing de segmento.

    Só que não consigo fazer com que a automação funcione.

    Podem testar e verificar o que se passe por favor?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The link you provided is not a Jotform form. I believe you are referring to this form. Please know that the integration won't work if your Mailchimp field type does not match the form's field type. Please make sure that all fields have the same field type. If you are using a Single Choice, Multiple Choice, or Dropdown element, please make sure that the options added are also the same. You can also try to match the basic fields first and then test the form. If it works, you can then map the other fields one by one. This way, you'll know which field is causing the integration not to work.

    Yes, indeed that is the form.

    However, I have matched each field individually and it still does not work. Could you provide an example so that I can see exactly what I could be doing wrong?


    Also, the field for first name and last in Jotform has a single ID, whereas Mailchimp required a single one. Could you help me out here too?

    Hi Piu,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When mapping the Name field, you will be given the option to map the full name in one Mailchimp field or to map them separately. If you only have one field for the name in your Mailchimp then you will have to use "Como see chama? - {FNAME}"

    I've cloned your form to test the Mailchimp integration and I was not able to replicate the issue. The submission was successfully added to my Mailchimp list.

    To make sure your integration works, here are the field types you can use in your MailChimp field:

    Jotform First and Last Name = Mailchimp Text field

    Jotform Short Text field = Mailchimp Text field

    Jotform Dropdown = Mailchimp Dropdown field

    Jotform Multiple Choice = Mailchimp Text field

    Jotform Star Rating = Mailchimp Text field

    I also suggest that you use an email address with a valid domain when testing the integration because Mailchimp will not post the submission if you are using an email with a dummy domain like @test.com.

    I have +proceeded to make the changes you requested, and the form was okay until now, when someone else submitted. This form is not sending the data to my mailchimp... Can you confirm please?

    Hi Piu,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry that this is happening. Please make sure all the fields are matching. Also, you can try to re-integrate your form into Mailchimp. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Mailchimp.
    4. Then, click on the Authenticate button. This will ask you to sign in to your Mailchimp account.
