Now, coming back to your question, I went ahead and checked your account and can see that it was suspended due to this form APP ORDEM DE SERVICO 1 asking for login and password. Keep in mind that gathering these types of data violates our Terms of Use. To lift the suspension, we need to remove the offending field. Let us know so we can proceed with removing the field and lifting the suspension.
