Why is my account suspended?

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account and I can see that it is currently suspended. This is due to the form collecting passwords. Please note, it is in violation of our Terms of Use to collect any kind of Username or Password on the form. We can activate the account if you permit us to remove the Password Field from the form. Let us know if you would like us to proceed.

Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

The idea of "password" was just to create some mechanism that I could
control their access, not to obtain personal information.

Thanks for getting back to us. About your request, I have removed the password field from the form and activated the account. You should be able to log in now. Please avoid using offending fields on the form to prevent the account from getting suspended again.
