Unable to receive password reset email

    Boa tarde tudo bem?

    Estou tentando redefinir minha senha referente a conta comercial_pedidos@ciafal.com.br porém o email para redefinição não esta chegando.

    Já verifiquei meu spam e também não está.

    Como proceder?

    Meu login ciafsantos22 está funcionando normal. Somente o comercial_pedidos é que estou com o problema relatado acima.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, the account associated to the email address comercial_pedidos@ciafal.com.br is deleted that is the reason you are not getting a password reset email. What we can do is we can reactivate the account in the meantime and then you can reset the password.

    Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
