Sign Document is disabled.

    Acontece que eu anexei o documento assinável no App, depois de editá-lo, relata que não há mais link com o documento. Se desejo editar, responde corretamente, contudo, quando visualizo o App, não aparece. O que fazer?

    Hi alxschimidt,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've cloned your form and it seems like the Sign Document has been disabled. That's the reason why it does not appear on the App. Did you move the Sign Document to Trash? If yes, please restore it. Let me show you how to do it: 

    • On the Sign Document page, click on Trash at the lower-left corner of your screen.
    • Select the Sign Document you want to restore, and then click on Restore.

    You can also delete the existing Sign Document, and create a new one to see if this will fix the issue.
