The submit button is missing.

boa noite, criei meu formulario e ao fazer o envio do link para um telefone, ele nao mostra o botao enviar formulario no final do preenchimento. o que pode estar ocorrendo??

Now, coming back to your question, you need to add a submit button from your elements. Let me show you how:

1. Click on Add Form Elements on the left side:

2. Scroll down to the Submit button, then drag it to your form:
