Premium plan limit inquiry

    Prezados, boa tarde!

    Percebi que o nosso plano premium não está funcionando corretamente. Estamos recebendo a notificação de limite de respostas. Parece que o nosso plano foi limitado a receber apenas 1.000 respostas, poderia nos ajudar?

    Nesse momento estamos parados e não recebemos nenhuma resposta mais...

    No aguardo e obrigado!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it appears that the issue you are seeing is not showing anymore. Can you please try again and let us know if you're still replicating the issue?

    Dear, Camila! Good morning!

    The answer was not satisfactory. We're a non-profit organization and are eligible to use the Jotform Premium license. As our license was presenting this problem, I was forced to switch to the Silver plan, as I urgently needed the plan to work. I would like to check the possibility of changing back to the Premium plan and receiving a refund for the Silver plan.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your subscription. Please note that Premium plans only has 1,000 submissions per month, 1,000 payment submissions per month, 1,000 Signed documents per month, and unlimited Total submission storage. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period by following the steps below:

    1. Click on your Avatar.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. On the left side panel, click on Usage.
    4. In Monthly Usage, you will see when your limit resets.

    Dear Carrissa, good afternoon!

    I checked usage and wanted to confirm if there is a custom plan for us based on our usage. We were paying $9 a month. Can you provide us with a more affordable plan for nonprofits that meets our demands with Jotform?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At the moment we only have Bronze, Silver and Gold plan, but we offer discounts and deals that you can see here.
