How to pull up data from the first form to the new one

Boa tarde, tenho um formulário de inscrição que gera os dados que servirão de base para os outros. Criei um outro formulário onde gostaria que puxasse os dados cadastrais basicos da tabela de inscrição, é possível?

Now, coming back to your question, I see you're interested in maximizing the second form using data from your first form. You can achieve this easily by utilizing the Spreadsheet to Form widget. I recommend downloading the table first before beginning. Once that's done, we can proceed with setting up the second form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder page, choose Build from the top orange menu bar.
2. Navigate to the left, select Add Form Elements.
3. Choose Spreadsheet to Form under the Widgets tab.
4. Select Widget Settings(Wand Icon).
5. Let's proceed by uploading the Excel File by clicking Upload File.
6. Ensure that you select the Access code column, as it will be used to pull up the data.
7. Lastly, click on Close.

Ola, obrigada pelo retorno, eu traduzo sua resposta sem problema. Na verdade eu gostaria de acessar da tabela do proprio Jtform, vou tentar explicar melhor com imagens?

Essa é a tabela gerada do Formulário de Cadastro, criei um outro formulário onde gostaria de puxar de forma automatica alguns dados da tabela com base no campo nome. Ex. Se eu selecionar o nome "Cintia" os emais campos sao preenchidos automaticamente.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not feasible to retrieve data from Jotform tables and populate fields in a form depending on dropdown selections. You can download the submissions from that table as Excel and then use the Spreadsheet to Form widget as instructed by my colleague. Let me show you how to download your submissions in Excel format:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click the Submissions button.

If you want to download all of the submissions, click on Download All on the right side of the page and then select Download as Excel. We also have a guide about How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF that you can check out.
