Como consultar um formulario que preenchir ?

Olá, recebi um link para preencher o formulário usando a plataforma de vocês, porém a empresa que disponibilizou o link solicita o espelho impresso do formulário em PDF. Porém não aparece para mim que preenchi e quando tento refazer diz que já existe um CPF cadastro.

Meu numero de inscrição acabou sendo o 1020.

Gostaria de imprimir este formulário que preenchi.

Now, coming back to your question. As I can see, the owner deactivated the access to the form which display the following message: Fechado para manutenção, por favor aguarde. If you have some requests related to the form or to your own submission to the form, as I understand, you might want to ask the form owner, which is not Jotform but a user of Jotform.

To email the owner, you can reply to the email you received after having submitted the form: open the email received in your email client software, and click on the reply button. The email will be sent to the recipient named Processo Seletivo.
