For not translating in language after published

I added a language to my form (Spanish/Espanol), I entered the spanish translation and did the whole set up. When I publish my form and select the spanish setting at the top right its not showing in Spanish or it goes to Spanish but it turns right back to english in seconds. 

I guess you are referring to Spanish Business Registration Form since that is one of the latest edited forms. I could see the English is the primary language of this form but it is named as Español in the form settings. You need to ensure the form language is English instead of Español. 

Then there is a translation available in Spanish (Latin America). So when you change it to Spanish, the form language changes fine for me.
