    :D

    Hi angelnumerocuatro,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I tested the clone version of your form and was able to replicate the same issue, which was that even though there was no translation, the Appointment field remained in Spanish. Let me walk you through it:

    • While in the Form Builder, click +Add Form Element on the form's left side.
    • Look for the Appointment field under the Basic tab and add it to your form.
    • Configure it similarly to the previous one, and hide the problematic Appointment field so it does not appear on your form.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
