Challenge
The Latin American Association was offered a $2 million grant to provide rental assistance to qualified applicants. The challenge? It needed to be spent in a six-month period. LAA staff needed to accept applications, screen applicants for eligibility, and approve funds for thousands of people before the deadline.

Solution
LAA used Jotform Enterprise to digitize and automate the rental assistance application process. Using Jotform, they were able to screen and sort clients efficiently and provide assistance more quickly to families that needed it.

Results
By speeding up the application screening process, staff was able to distribute all $2 million of the grant funds in the six-month time frame, doubling the number of families that received assistance compared to the number they could have served using paper forms and phone calls.
