    Hi gescalidad,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Regardless of your plan, all of your forms are provided over a secure 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection using a SHA256 Certificate. It's industry-standard security. Submissions for encrypted forms are encrypted with high-grade RSA 2048 on our users' computers before being sent and stored securely on our servers.

Jotform's data servers are co-located with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in a cloud-based architecture. Google Cloud data centers are located in Iowa (the United States). AWS has data centers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU) and Virginia (USA). Hosting Jotform on these big cloud platforms also provides us with some additional benefits in terms of security best practices in areas such as hardware lifecycle management, physical security, and network architecture. Our servers are upgraded and patched on a regular basis.

If you decide to use a Jotform Enterprise, you may select the physical location of your dedicated cloud server and host your data anywhere in the world. This is especially crucial when it comes to complying with data privacy standards and location requirements in countries such as Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Only users and administrators in your Enterprise account will have access to your data server. We also have an article about Jotform Security Measures that you can check out.

As for your other questions, I've moved them to a new, separate thread.
