    Necesito por favor descargar las facturas de los meses de Noviembre y Diciembre, ya que me deja verla pero no descargarla.

    Hi Ramatics,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. It is not possible to download the invoices, but you can view the invoices. What you can do after viewing the invoice is to take a screenshot of it and save it in your laptop or mobile devices as an image. Another way is you would need to save the webpage as a PDF manually. Here is how:

    • Open the Invoice by clicking on the View button.
    • Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac) on your keyboard.
    • Under the Destination section, click Change on change and select Save as PDF
    • Click the Save button, then pick the name and location for your PDF.

    We can send a feature request to have the option to download an invoice in the Billing page of your account. When or if it is developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we'll let you know here.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
