Jotform App: Added photos in the app are missing.

Ayer me inicie con Ustedes para desarrollar una APP Educativa para preséntala en una materia que curso en un posgrado de m-learning.

Muy entusiasmado realice un prototipo de la APP, bajo una plantilla de su plataforma, le agregue fotos, gift, un logotipo, conforme varias páginas; obtuve el código QR de visualización previa, y hasta esta mañana

 

 Sin embargo, en horas de la tarde de hoy, todas las imágenes que subí ya no se visualizaban, ni en la plataforma, ni la presentación de la APP.

 

No se si por ser gratuita este es común, o que puedo hacer para sentirme seguro que no perderé el trabo.

 

 Agradecido de antemano, espero una solución de Ustedes para poder seguir con seguridad esta incursión en su plataforma.

Nota: para seguir en mi trabajo borre la app inicial que habia creado ayer

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. All the changes you made to your form should be automatically saved. When I checked our system, I saw that there are 3 apps in your deleted folder under your My Apps page. Can you restore the app so we can investigate what happened? Let me show you how:

1. On your My Apps page, click Trash in the lower left corner of the page.
2. Then, tick the checkbox beside the app that you want to restore.
3. Finally, click on the Restore button in the upper left corner of the page.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
