But we don't have direct influence or connection to whatever purpose they intend to use their form. We provide support for them if they have questions about their forms and their Jotform account. And certainly, we are not offering a Carnival package for a game.

    But provide us the link where you made this purchase or another webpage link that leads you to this purchase so we can check. If this is a form that is created on our end, and we find that it violates our Terms of Use, what we can do is suspend the account.
