Jotform Mobile Forms app: iOS Compatibility

Estamos haciendo las pruebas de JorForm para poder evaluar qué plan y servicio vamos a contratar, pero me informan del equipo de marketing que no logran instalar la app en Iphone.

¿Me podrán indicar si el uso de la App está limitado a algunos dispositivos? La mayoría de los Gerentes Comerciales cuentan con Iphone y Ipad.
