    Hi Equipo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to this form? I checked and see that it currently has 3 languages. English, Spanish and Italian. I tested them one by one they seem to work just fine. Check out my screencast below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Hi, Actually the video you just send me shows the error I’m trying to fix. If you look at the table information(the questions) it doesn’t changes languages , the only thing that changes is the head titles and comment box at the end. I need all the information to change language.

    Hi Equipo,

Thanks for getting back to us, and I'm very sorry for the confusion. I revisited your form and can see the issue now, and can also replicate it on a cloned form. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Equipo,

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we are looking into this issue. Upon investigating your form, we were able to pinpoint the issue that causing the mismatches. You have some HTML tags on the Rows of the Input table. These tags are causing the translation tool to malfunction and causing the translation issue. You can simply remove these HTML tags for translation tool to work without any issues. Check my screenshot below of a clone version of the form without HTML tags and how the translation behaves:

As you can see in the screenshot, after removing the HTML tags from the first row; the translation works as expected, whereas the other fields with HTML are still having this issue. You'll simply need to remove the said HTML tags to allow the translation tool to work as expected. However, please keep in mind that, editing these rows (removing the HTML) will reset the translation, and you'll need to manually add them back.

Also, if you want to keep your styling on the input table rows, you can simply use Advanced designer and edit the styling of the Input table via CSS.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
