    Buenos días...

    Tengo otra cuenta gratuita con el correo teachnurse.hmivg@gmail.com que no habia verificado hace tiempo...

    En mi buzón hay correos que me hacen referencia de que se ha estado facturando, lo que me hace pensar que en algún momento introduje los datos de mi tarjeta.

    Significa que me han estado cobrando siendo una cuenta gratuita? Porque el historial aparece asi:

    Porqué sigo recibiendo esos correos, si es una cuenta gratuita?. Se podría verificar y hacer un reembolso, o qué significan esos correos?. Me estan cobrando o no?... No puedo acceder, para ver los datos de la tarjeta que ingrese (ya que se supone que es gratuita)... No me he animado a dar click a "cancelar suscripcion" y que ya no haya opción de hacer cambios y aun me sigan cobrando...

    La opción es solo suspender la cuenta?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your free account (teachnurse.hmivg@gmail.com) and can confirm that there's no subscription or any payment made on it. Upon checking your screenshots, the billings are for your main account (ensenanza.hmi.chimalhuacan@gmail.com). To verify this, you can check your account's invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

    Ok gracias... no entiendo porque llegan esas facturas al correo de la cuenta gratuita... pero no importa. Suspendere la cuente entonces y mantendre mi cuenta que he estado pagando. Muchas gracias.
