Can you share with us the link to your website where the form is embedded so we can check it out and see what's going on? In the meantime, consider trying to embed your form using the iFrame code found in Form Builder. Let me show you how to do that:

• In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab.
• select the Embed section, and the iFrame option.
• Copy its code and use it on your website.
