Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you tell us more details about what exactly you're trying to retrieve? If it's a form submission, then you can retrieve it from the Jotform table's trashed entries. Let me walk you through it:

• On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
• In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
• In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
• Click on Restore and that's it.
