How can I free up form usage space?

    Solicito que por favor restablezcan la memoria usada, ya que borre toda la información y sigue apareciendo el mensaje de que he excedido la capacidad.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I checked your forms and see that they are in good standing status. They're active and can also receive submissions. Please check out the screenshot below for my result:

    At the moment, only the form limit usage has been reached which refers to the number of forms active on your account. This wouldn't affect your existing forms but may prevent you from creating new ones. If you'd like to have new forms, please disable some of your forms. Let me show you how to do that:

    • From the My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on the More option.
    • Next, select the Disable option and that's it. You can create new forms again.
