    Dice almacenamiento lleno pero ya borre datos e historial, y sigue apareciendo asi

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I've recalculated the upload space limit of your account, and it is now down to 255 MB. You should now be able to access your forms again and accept submissions from your users. Also, we do have a guide that you can check to learn more about your Account usage and Upload space limit.

    Additionally, you can clear the caches on your account if the upload space limit is still not refreshing on your end. Although they aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
