Estimado equipo de soporte de Jotform,

Espero que se encuentren bien. Me comunico con ustedes para consultar si existe la posibilidad de recibir notificaciones cada vez que se complete y envíe uno de los formularios que tenemos configurados en nuestra cuenta. Nos gustaría estar al tanto de las respuestas recibidas de manera inmediata.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, email notifications should be sent almost instantly and should not have any delay unless you have set them to be delivered at a different date.  We send hundreds of thousands of emails every single day. It is our job to send emails reliably, and we are very good at it. But, sometimes our emails go to your spam filter or we might get blacklisted on a spam list temporarily. You can use your email as the sender of the emails. This is through SMTP. We recommend using this feature to help increase reliability. If you are interested, you can check out this guide about how to set up SMTP on your form.

Mi duda principal es que desde la WEB de Jotform reciba notificaciones de un formulario de X o Y que hayan realizado y poderlo visualizar inmediatamente desde la pagina.

Thanks for getting back to us. Do you mean you want to view immediately the submission made on your form every time you receive an email notification? If yes, you can view your submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
