    buen dia equipo

    cambie de numero de tarjeta y el pago del dia de hoy no fue exitoso , ya tengo una nueva tarjeta on file, pero cuando quiero hacer de nuevo el pago ya no me permite o me deja una tarifa muy diferente a mi tarifa actual, por favor de procesar el pago nuevamente con la tarjeta anterior , soy un cliente de mucha antiguedad

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you're one of our long-standing customers, where currently you’re experiencing difficulties with your payment after changing your credit card number. Despite having a new card on file, attempting to make the payment results in failure or a significantly different fee.

    We'd like to forward this to our billing team to better assist you. Could you please share a screenshot of the significantly different price that you're seeing, and inform us of the price you're expecting?
