I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, returning to your question, are you referring to another account? I checked your forms, but it's currently working. If yes, can you share with us the email address or the username associated with that account, so I can check? You can also share the form under that account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
