Hola.

    Hi ivan.mercado,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to show the fields on the form for the approvers after the form has been submitted. In this case, what you can do is include the edit link on the email in the Approval Flow and then set up condition to show the fields when accessed with the edit link. Let me show you how:

    1. In Approval Builder, click on the email that is sent to the approver.
    2. Click on the Envelope Icon.
    3. In the Email Template click on Add Form Fields.
    4. Select Edit Link and Click on Save.

Once this is done let's set up Conditions on the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on +Add Form Fields.
    2. Add the field you require.
    3. Under the widget tab search for the Get Form Page URL widget and add it to the form.

    4. Click on the Setting in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    5. Select Conditions from the left panel.
    6. Click on Add New condition and select Show/Hide Field.
    7. Set up the condition as per my example in Screencast below.

That's it, now when the approver accesses the submission with the Edit link they will be able to see the added 2 fields. When form is not accessed with the edit link the fields will remain hidden on the form. Additionally, you can check out this guide on how to show and hide fields on the form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
