    Saludos, queremos que nos quede más espacio en la cuenta gratuita. Podrían borrar todos los archivos cargados del 2023 ? Yo ya lo hice pero no se quitó el espacio usado. Nos pueden ayudar?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated your upload space, and it shows 34.44/100 MB which is within your monthly limit. You can Delete and Purge the submission entries in Submission Table to free up the space. Deleted submissions are stored only for 30 days in Trash, and then they are purged. Let me show you how you can delete and purge:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Tables.
    • Select the Submission, and click on Delete, located on the right top of the table.
    • Click on the Three Dots icon in the first tab located at the left top of the table, and select Trashed Entries.
    • In the menu that opens on the right side of the screen, choose the entries to delete, and then select Delete Forever.
