    Hola!! Yo referí a una persona para obtener un formulario gratis, esa persona abrió el link que me brindaron , y creó su primer formulario. pero no veo en mi cuenta mi formulario de regalo.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand you haven't received a free form after referring someone with a reference link. Please note, after they have created a first form, it take our review team to review it before the form is credited in your account. Can you please give it a sometime and see how it goes? If you don't receive the free form in a couple of days, reach out to us and we can investigate this further.
