Unable to edit submissions with Jotform Sign automation

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, if Jotform Sign automation is enabled on your form, its submissions can't be edited. Let me show you how to disable this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings and Jotform Sign.
2. Next, toggle the Jotform Sign Automation option off.
   

Now, you'll be able to edit future submissions.
