May I know what happens when you try to download the PDF attachments? If you can reproduce that error on another browser or device, could you please send us a screen recording of what you get? You can then upload it to any online storage service like Google Drive, YouTube, or Box, or use loom.com to record it, then share the video link here in this support ticket.
