¿Cómo puedo eliminar el nombre del formulario de la ventana del navegador?

Como poder quitar el nombre de la ventana del navegador el nombre del formulario porque cuando se realiza la copia sale con el antiguo nombre no logro cambiar el dato ver imagen

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Then you can edit the Title.
