Tables: Share form tables with others

de esta manera lo hago, pero por ejemplo yo tengo 9 colaboradores que cualquiera de ellos puede responder , no he logrado ver un filtro de cual de estas 9 personas pudo ser quien vio/reviso/aprobo/rechazo el formulario

You can share the link to your Form Tables with your teammates to check the approval status and use the filter option. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.
2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
3. Under the Invitation Role section, you can use Read Only, Commenter, or Collaborators as you want
4. Now, use the Invite by Email feature to invite your friends.

I tested it on one of my forms and the other user could open the form tables link and use the filter option:
