What are you using for the video instructions for your reply?

The way you help customers through these “videos” seems very useful to me. Could you give me a recommendation on what software to use to help my clients through these animations or videos as you do ?

There are a lot of tools that you can use that allows you to take a screencast like the instruction video on the other thread. The one I used for that is Monosnap which you can download for free. You can also check ShareX and LICEcap and Screenpresso.
