el título de un formulario es incorrecto

El titulo del formulario Fuera de serie sigue apareciendo con el titulo de la plantilla Sales lead generation... Ya le cambié el titulo y no desaparece, de hecho cuando lo comparto por whatsapp aparece como Sales Lead Generation.

About the issue, I have checked the form and it shows that the page title wasn't changed. Let me show you how to change it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Under Form Settings, click on Show more Options. 
3. Scroll down and look for Page Title to edit it.
